Refund Policy

In accordance with the Ministry of Fair Trading regulations, merchandise can be returned for refund, repair or replacement if:

• the item has a latent defect or fault

• the item is not the same as described or advertised

• the item does not suit the purpose for which the client described before buying

Clients are not entitled to a refund simply because the wrong size or colour was chosen. That’s Glitz & Glamour Dance Supplies may, at its absolute discretion, allow an exchange or provide a credit against an alternative purchase.

Claims will not be recognised beyond seven (7) days from the date of purchase and in all cases, a receipt of purchase must be presented.

 Where a claim has been accepted and items require a minor repair, That’s Glitz & Glamour Dance Supplies reserves the right to have the article repaired or otherwise made good at no cost to the client.
