Clients who do not wish to receive
promotional information will be removed from the circulation list upon request.

that such information provided by clients will not be communicated in any way to
any person outside of the organisation.
Refund Policy
In accordance with the Ministry of
Fair Trading regulations, merchandise can be returned for refund, repair or
replacement if:

the item has a latent defect or
fault

the item is not the same as
described or advertised

the item does not suit the
purpose for which the client described before buying
Clients are not entitled to a
refund simply because the wrong size or colour was chosen. That’s Glitz &
Glamour Dance Supplies may, at its absolute discretion, allow an
exchange or provide a credit against an alternative purchase.
Claims will not be recognised
beyond seven (7) days from the date of purchase and in all cases, a receipt of
purchase must be presented.
Where a claim has been accepted
and items require a minor repair, That’s Glitz & Glamour Dance Supplies
reserves the right to have the article repaired or otherwise made good at no
cost to the client.
